<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify transmission right acquisition operation for a user of a mobile station device, such as depressing operation of a press button in a radio communications system, in which a base station device and the mobile station device perform radio communication in a simplex communications system. <P>SOLUTION: In the mobile station device, a means of receiving transmission right acquisition request performance instruction receives an instruction to perform a request for acquiring the transmission right; and a means of performing transmission right acquisition request performs the request to acquire the transmission right, in response to the instruction received by the means of receiving transmission right acquisition request performance instruction; and the request to acquire the transmission right is re-performed, when the transmission right fails to be acquired by the request. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
