A method of packaging a sheet-like food for business, characterized in that the sheet-like food is continuously supplied, one by one, into a packaging film fed horizontally fed while being formed in a cylindrical shape by the heat-sealing (center-sealing) of the longitudinally overlapped faces thereof by a bag-making machine so that the packaging film can be unsealed without breaking the packaging film in unsealing. Also, the laterally overlapped faces of the packaging film are heat-sealed (end-sealed), filled with the food, and cut off one by one so that the package film can be unsealed without breaking the packaging film in unsealing. Thus, the method of packaging the sheet-like food for business whereby foreign matter such as paper powder is hard to be mixed into the packaging film can be provided at low cost.
