A health loop is provided to relieve pain and to speed up metabolism by warm treatment effect of far infrared rays by selectively applying the health loop for the whole body or a desirable part of the body. The health loop is composed of a flexible string(11) having a cushion molded by blending the mixture with silicone; a male combining member(14) installed at one end of the string; a female combining member(12) installed on the other end of the string and detachably joined to the male combining member; plural T-shaped female combining members(13) installed at the predetermined position of an outer peripheral surface of the string; plural loops(15) selectively used to at least two of the neck, waist, shoulders, elbows, wrists, knees, and ankles; and plural connecting strings connecting the loops to each other.
