<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in vitro evaluating method of a sensitizing substance, capable of being easily handled, by using a stably available cultured cell, and improved in accuracy. <P>SOLUTION: This in vitro evaluating or screening method of the sensitizing substance includes (a) a step for incubating a human established cell line transfected by a vector which contains a promotor sequence inducible by action of the sensitizing substance and a reporter gene combined agonistically with the promoter and a test sample expected to contain the sensitized substance and (b) a step for detecting a reporter gene expressed from the human established cell line or a protein, or a polypeptide, encoded by the reporter gene. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
