PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gene recombinant antibody specifically binding to a botulinum neurotoxin and useful for the diagnosis or treatment of diseases regarding botulinum infectious diseases and botulinum neurotoxicosis.

SOLUTION: The present invention is featured by cloning VH and VL region genes constituting antibody molecules from mouse monoclonal antibody-producing cells which neutralize a botulinum neurotoxin, and producing various antibodies such as humanized antibodies and bispecific antibodies based on the genetic information of the V region. The recombinant antibodies of the invention are useful for the diagnosis or treatment of the diseases regarding botulinum infectious diseases and botulinum neurotoxicosis.
