PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a regenerative heating system having stable room temperature against change of outside air temperature and a simple heat storage control means. SOLUTION: A room temperature sensor 102 and a room temperature setting means (controller) 109 for setting the room temperature displayed with a dial or in a digital fashion by raising or lowering it by a button or the like are installed on side walls 101a and 101b in a living room 101, respectively. Foundation heat insulation materials 105 mounted to a foundation concrete and the like are arranged under a floor 103 of the living room 101, and a space under the floor is formed among the floor 103 and the foundation heat insulation materials 105.
