PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make ride comfort and operation stability compatible in a torsion beam suspension device. SOLUTION: A front liquid chamber 40 of a bush 26 at a right side of a vehicle and a rear liquid chamber 42 of the bush 26 at a left side of the vehicle are connected by a pipe 48 and a rear liquid chamber 42 of the bush 26 at a right side of the vehicle and a front liquid chamber 40 of the bush 26 at a left side of the vehicle are connected by a pipe 50. Thereby, even if lateral force is applied, the liquid chambers applied with compression force are connected to each other by the pipe and liquid pressures are struggled and the liquid chamber applied with force in an enlargement direction are connected to each other by the pipe and the liquid pressures are struggled. Therefore, since deformation by lateral force is suppressed and rigidity is seemingly raised, as a result, lateral steer is suppressed and the operation stability is enhanced.
