PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acrylic-modified urethane resin which is safe and has an excellent product quality, and to provide a photocurable acrylic-modified urethane resin composition using the acrylic-modified urethane resin. SOLUTION: This acrylic-modified urethane resin obtained by reacting an organic polyisocyanate with a polyol in the presence of a high boiling point acrylate or methacrylate having a CPR value of≤10. The photocurable acrylic-modified urethane resin composition comprises the acrylic-modified urethane resin, a specific acrylic oligomer and a photopolymerization initiator.
