<p>The present invention relates to methods of detection, prognosis and treatment of breast cancer using a plurality genes or gene products present in normal and neoplastic cells, tissues and bodily fluids. Gene products relate to compositions comprising the nucleic acids, polypeptides, antibodies, post translational modifications (PTMs), variants, derivatives, agonists and antagonists of the invention and methods for the use of these compositions. Additional uses include identifying, monitoring, staging, imaging and treating cancer and non-cancerous disease states in breast as well as determining the effectiveness of therapies alone or in combination for an individual. Therapies include gene therapy, therapeutic molecules including but not limited to antibodies, small molecules and antisense molecules.</p> |
