A rolling apparatus of a banner is provided to obtain an aesthetic effect and a visual effect at various events by throwing a body wound with a rolling member, thereby reusing the rolling apparatus. A rolling apparatus includes a column-type body(10), a rolling member(20) coupled to the body at one end thereof and wound around the outer periphery of the body, and a handle member(30) coupled to the other end of the rolling member and having higher hardness than the rolling member. One end of the rolling member is detachably installed to the body. A mounting slit is formed on the outer periphery of the body, and a connecting member is provided on the one end of rolling member. |
