PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a segment connection structure which has high rigidity and high strength equivalent to those of a segment body, is reduced in mounting costs and mounting labor, and secures the flatness of segment surfaces. SOLUTION: A joint portion of a segment 2 is composed of a main girder 1 which is formed of an H-shaped member or a C-shaped member, and has an opening 3 enclosed by flanges 16 and a web 17 and opening to the outside of the segment. Then in order to connect the segments, or the segments and rings, a C-shaped, a box-shaped or an H-shaped connection member 7 or 8 which has flanges 9 and a web 10 is arranged along the internal surface of the opening 3 defined by the flanges 16 and the web 17. Then the flanges 9 of the connection member 7 or 8 and the flanges 16 of the main girder 1 are connected together, or the web 10 of the connection member 7 or 8 and the web 17 of the main girder 1 are connected to each other, or alternatively abutting portions of both the connection member and the main girder are connected to each other.
