PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stable aqueous composition containing acitazanolast and/or its salt in combination with a decongestant and developing suppressed discoloration caused by light exposure. SOLUTION: The composition is produced by compounding an aqueous composition with (A) one or more compounds selected from acitazanolast and its salts and (B) a decongestant in combination with (C) one or more compounds selected from (c-1) a thiosulfate, (c-2) a sulfite, (c-3) ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid or its salt, (c-4) citric acid or its salt, (c-5) vitamin E, (c-6) benzalkonium chloride, (c-7) sorbic acid or its salt, (c-8) an alkyldiaminoethylglycine or its salt, (c-9) benzethonium chloride, (c-10) allantoin and (c-11) a polyoxyethylene sorbitan fatty acid ester.
