PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of generating a color hologram suitable for mass production. SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the color hologram includes: (A) a step for preparing a lacquer composition containing an UV/EB curing acrylic resin cured instantaneously after irradiation and at least one coloring matter; (B) a step for applying the lacquer composition to a prescribed region in a flexible support member by a printing machine means; (C) a step for performing molding for forming relief in the applied lacquer so that the hologram is formed; and (D) a step for irradiating a molded region with UV beams/EB radiation to cure the molded region instantaneously.
