<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a balloon for a medical solution injection device capable of injecting a medical solution into a patient little by little at a constant speed precisely and continuously for a long period of time without requiring great energy for filling the medical solution injection device with the medical solution, and a medical solution injection device equipped with the balloon for the medical solution injection device. <P>SOLUTION: One end of a tubular rubber-like elastic material with uniform thickness is sealed, and the medical solution is injected from the other end. The rubber-like elastic body is inflated in the axial and circumferential directions to be filled with a prescribed quantity of the medical solution. Then, the medical solution filling the elastic body is continuously discharged little by little by the elastic force of restitution of the rubber-like elastic material. The tensile strength of the rubber-like elastic material of the balloon 1 for the medical solution injection device is 7.0-20.0 MPa, and the stretching of the rubber-like elastic material is 700-1200%.
