The system includes a frame to which a window or door panel (11), made of plastics, is mounted. The frame has one vertical side provided with hinges (12) arranged in main angle (13). The vertical sides of the frame comprise of telescopic side profiles (14a,14b) that can be adjusted in height and width directions. The telescopic side profiles are formed with square hollow sections, and can be made of light alloy such as aluminum or plastics.
