<p>An aqueous beverage (11) within a vessel (12) is pressurized to a predetermined pressure by a pressure pump (13), and the pressurized aqueous beverage (11) is fed into a first ejector (50A) in its liquid introduction passage (51A). An oxygen gas from an oxygen gas bomb (15) is lowered to a predetermined pressure and is fed into the ejector (50A) in its gas introduction passage (56A). The pressurized oxygen-containing aqueous beverage obtained through an outlet passage (55A) in the ejector (50A) is led to the upper part of a receiver (21) kept at normal pressure. Subsequently, an oxygen-containing aqueous beverage (22) within the receiver (21) is again pressurized to a predetermined pressure by a pressure pump (23), and the pressurized oxygen-containing aqueous beverage (22) is fed into a second ejector (50B) in is liquid introduction passage (51B). A hydrogen gas from a hydrogen gas bomb (25) is fed by a predetermined pressure into the ejector (50B) in its gas introduction passage (56B), and an outlet passage (55B) in the ejector (50B) is led to the upper part of a receiver (31) kept at normal pressure. As a result, an oxygen-containing reducing aqueous beverage (32), which, despite its high oxygen content, has a very low redox potential and has a high reducing capacity, can be obtained.</p> |
