A non-excavation repair/renewal method for the deteriorated pipe capable of integrating a joint is provided to secure watertightness and airtightness between a water supply pipe line and a T-shaped joint pipe by fixing a T-shaped joint pipe and to install stiffening tubes evenly in water supply pipelines without damage. A non-excavation repair/renewal method for the deteriorated pipe capable of integrating joint comprises the steps of cutting off a water supply pipeline(10) buried under the ground at regular intervals, reversing and inserting a stiffening tube(20) impregnated with thermosetting resins and connected with a wire into the cut part of the water supply pipeline using pneumatic pressure or water pressure and hardening to be adhered closely to the inside of the water supply pipeline, cutting off the stiffening tube to the front length of the water supply pipeline, inserting an T-shaped joint pipe provided with a through hole(51) and a flange(52) between the water supply pipeline with the stiffening tube inserted and a water supply pipeline(10') without a stiffened tube attached tightly, fitting coupling rings(60,60') to the outside of the water supply pipelines and the T-shaped joint pipe to cover up the connection between the water supply pipelines and the T-shaped joint pipe, welding the coupling rings, the water supply pipelines and the T-shaped joint pipe by letting a worker enter the through hole of the T-shaped joint pipe and re-welding the coupling rings, the water supply pipelines and the T-shaped joint pipe from the outside, installing a stiffening tube(70) to the inside of the water supply pipelines and the T-shaped joint pipe by reversing and inserting a stiffening tube closely to the other cut part of the water supply pipeline to the overlapped stiffening tubes and deflating the inside air from the front of the stiffening tube and applying heat from the rear of the stiffening tube, cutting off the stiffening tube which stops up the through hole of the T-shaped joint pipe, cutting off the stiffening tube to make the stiffening tubes overlapped partially by letting a worker enter the through hole, stopping up the through hole of the T-shaped joint pipe with a cutoff plate and fixing using a flange. |
