The invention relates to the construction material industry and can be used for producing cellular concretes which are used in the form of a heat- and sound-insulating and construction material. The aim of said invention is to use a raw material mixture for producing porous concrete materials by introducing a novel microspherical filler in the composition thereof, thereby obtaining additional porousness of partitions between air voids. For this purpose, a porous concrete containing a binding agent, filler, pore agent, additives and water, wherein the filler is embodied in the form of hollow glass-like spherical microparticles- microspheres at the following component ratio: 10-70 mass % binder, 0.001-1.5 mass % pore agent, 0-10 mass % additives and 1-50 mass % microspheres, the rest being water.
