A prismatic body is comprised of two halves that may be closed together through a perimeter zipper. The two halves may be opened like a book to expose the interior surface. Adhesive strips are fixed to each other on the interior surface to form pockets for containing medical products and medical equipment. A compartment is provided on the external surface of at least one of the two halves for containing documents.
