<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which is constituted so that a gate loss may not greatly contribute to electric power variance in the system, even if a high switching frequency is used. <P>SOLUTION: A DC-DC converter includes a first and a second switches which output voltages on a first and a second output terminals in response to appropriate turn-on voltages at a first and a second control terminals. The first control terminal selectively communicates with different voltages of a quantity of N(N>2). The converter may include a multi-level control unit which communicates with the first control terminal, and the control unit includes drivers of a quantity of N which selectively apply different voltages of the quantity of N(N>2) to the first control terminal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
