<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a business model for attaining the purpose of the introduction of an original electronic approval system by reviewing and improving an actual approval operation or use forms, since the conventional approval system is not efficiently improved. <P>SOLUTION: This electronic approval system is configured by using "paper" for an approval document as usual, and using an approval signature sheet with an approver information code, and manufacturing and using an electronic seal impression (stamp with code reader) as new hardware instead of a personal computer for simplifying the approval document preparing operation, and for executing approval processing without operating any personal computer, and for enabling a user to browse approval status managed by electronic data by a personal computer.
