PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein conspicuous ring archfacts appear in slice images since a beam position correction during scanning is not performed in time because moving amount of X-ray beam is large when tilt measuring time and X-ray tube stopping time are long. SOLUTION: This problem is improved by completing a shift correction of a X-ray beam position by preliminary exposure having a shutter function before starting the scanning. Data measured by using the improved X-ray beam is reconstructed into images to obtain the slice images with reduced ring archfacts. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
