PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fire extinguishing implement which can feed fire extinguishing liquid continuously over a long period of time, can be easily used even by an aged person or a child and can provide high fire extinguishing power. SOLUTION: The fire extinguishing implement comprises: a cylindrical implement main body; a water intake provided on the upper part of the implement main body and communicated with the inner upper space; a water feeding port provided on the upper part of the implement main body and communicated with the inner upper space at a position facing the water intake; a fire extinguishing agent composed of a prescribed amount of starch filled into the implement main body; and a mixing adjustment board mounted on the upper end face of the filled fire extinguishing agent and provided with a plurality of blade bodies projected upwards on the upper surface side, a plurality of projection bodies projected downwards on the lower surface side and a plurality of hole parts near the blade bodies further. The mixing adjustment board is rotated by a stream distributed inside the upper space, the fire extinguishing agent scraped by the projection bodies is mixed into the stream through a through-hole, and the fire extinguishing liquid mixed with the starch is sprayed.
