An alarm outputting apparatus for outputting a prescribed alarm for notifying abnormality in an observation area. A plane facing a prescribed arrangement plane is provided with an outputting apparatus side connecting terminal, which structurally and electrically connects the alarm outputting apparatus to a base side connecting terminal provided on a prescribed attaching base fixed on the arrangement plane. Either the base side connecting terminal or the outputting apparatus side connecting terminal is configured by using a plurality of plates arranged substantially parallel to the arrangement plane, and the other terminal is configured by using a plate sandwiched by the plurality of plates.
