<p>An environmentally friendly method is provided for supporting the formation of microfloral soil crust, particularly in disturbed or contaminated areas, by treating soil with suspension containing microfloral propagules collected with runoff water on undisturbed sites. The method reduces spreading of contaminations from afflicted areas. Also provided is a composition of microfloral propagules for supporting the soil crust formation, which composition is in the form of suspension or powder.</p> |
