A flexible connector is provided to prevent a pin body from coming into contact with the inner face of a through-hole formed in a movable housing when the movable housing is vertically moved with respect to a fixed housing. A flexible connector(1) includes a contact(10), a movable housing(20), a fixed housing(30), and a pin body(40). The contact includes a contact portion coming into contact with a counter connector, a board connecting portion connected to a circuit board, and a flexible connecting part for connecting the contact portion and the board connecting portion. The movable housing accommodates the contact portion of the contact. The fixed housing fixes the board connecting portion. The pin body is inserted into a first through-hole(26) penetrating the movable housing and a second through-hole(36) penetrating the fixed housing. The movable housing is located on the fixed housing, having a predetermined distance between the two housings. The fixed housing includes a housing body(34) fixing the board connecting portion, and a boss(35) protruded from the housing body. The second through-hole penetrates the housing body and the boss. The boss is inserted into the first through-hole of the movable housing.
