Provided is a light-emitting compound contained in a light emitting layer, which shows high light emission efficiency and excellent film-forming property, and imparts high luminance, high efficiency and improved lifespan to an organic light emitting device. The light-emitting compound is represented by the following formula. In the above formula, each of R1 and R2 is independently selected from the group consisting of a substituted or non-substituted aromatic group, heterocyclic group and aliphatic group. The light-emitting compound has the maximum photoluminescence peak in a wavelength range of 450 nm-600 nm. The light emitting compound is used in an organic light emitting device in an amount of 0.1-49 wt%.
