PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device capable of changing a logic function of a circuit with a low voltage. SOLUTION: The semiconductor device, equipped with a changeable logic unit whose logic function can be changed with a switch, has the switch portion composed of, for example, an MOS transistor M3 as a switch between signal lines D1 and D2, a capacitor C1 holding an ON or OFF state of the M3, MOS transistors M1 and M2 setting information to be held by the capacitor C1, a phase shifting element PC1, etc. In this constitution, the ON or OFF state of the MOS transistor M3 is determined in accordance with the state of the phase shifting element PC1 which is written as a set or reset state with a low voltage from a control line DL, etc. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
