PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic light emitting device (OLED) exhibiting both a low driving voltage and sufficient operational stability. SOLUTION: The organic light emitting device comprises an electroluminescence material layer containing a mixture of at least two kinds of materials having different electrons and hole transportability, and an electron transport layer containing triazine.
