PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning device for easily eliminating sludge in a side-ditch and a sink. SOLUTION: The cleaning device is composed of an edge (6) attached a bottom plate (2), a side plate (3), a handle (1) and a handle fixed section (4), it makes at an acute angle (5) with an extension line of the handle (1) and the edge (6) attached bottom plate (2), and even if the sludge in the deep sink is cleared away, it can easily perform work by reversing the direction (13) scooped with a usual omnipotent, a hoe and a shovel or the like.
