PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blade conditioning method for effectively performing truing and dressing of a thin blade grinding wheel (blade) to perform grooving and cutting for a material such as glass or resin. SOLUTION: The grinding wheel 41 for truing and the grinding tool 42 for dressing are mounted on a sheet of annular frame F, grooving for the grinding wheel 41 and the grinding wheel 42 is performed by a dicing blade (blade) 22, thereby performing the truing work and dressing work of the dicing blade 22 by a series of operations.
