Plasma acoustic transducer e.g. microphone, uses ionized oscillating air molecules for modulating voltage or producing sound waves

An acoustic transducer (microphone) has no mechanical diaphragm and the oscillating air molecules of sound waves are ionized to form plasma enabling electrical voltages to be modulated. The plasma is produced by laser, Townsend ionization, microwaves, high frequency, corona discharge, glow discharge or high voltage pulses. An independent claim is also given for a loudspeaker.
