PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical disk which can access an information recording layer of three or more layers from one surface side with respect to demand for a large capacity optical disk, and a manufacturing method of this optical disk.

SOLUTION: A 1st pit (uneven pattern) which indicates information on a plane opposite to an incidence plane IF of a 1st molded board 101. A 1st semi-transparent film 102 is set up on a surface of the 1st molded board 101 opposite to the incidence plane IF. A 1st intermediate layer 103 is arranged on the 1st semi-transparent film 102. A 2nd pit which indicates information is prepared on the surface of the 1st intermediate layer 103 opposite to the incidence plane IF. A 2nd semi-transparent film 104 constituted of metal is set up on a plane on which the 2nd pit of the 1st intermediate layer 103 is formed. A 2nd intermediate layer 105 is set on the 2nd semi-transparent film 104. A reflective film 106 constituted of metal is set up on the 2nd intermediate layer 105. The 2nd molded board 107 is set up on the reflective film 106. A 3rd pit which indicates information is set up on the surface of the 2nd molded board 107 on the side of incidence plane IF.
