<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new powder transport system including a powder container without discharging dust, mechanically simple, having reliability and low cost in an apparatus for manufacturing from powder a three-dimensional article. <P>SOLUTION: A pneumatic powder transport system 400 connected to a process chamber in the apparatus for supplying the powder into the process chamber, a supply line to the apparatus for transporting a virgin powder to a powder processing unit and a powder non-processing unit, and the powder processing unit in which build process for each layer to manufacture the three-dimensional article is carrier out.
