<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery and its manufacturing method, wherein an IV resistance value (internal resistance) of the battery is small and which has a high output (for example, lithium ion secondary battery). <P>SOLUTION: This battery is provided with a positive electrode which has a positive electrode base material and a positive electrode active material layer that includes the positive electrode active material, a conductive agent, and a binder resin, and that is adhered to the positive electrode base material, a negative electrode, and an organic electrolytic solution. Furthermore, this is the battery that takes cations released from the negative electrode into the positive electrode, and in which as for the positive electrode, negatively charged hydrophilic groups are bonded at least to the surfaces of the positive electrode active material, the conductive agent, and the binder resin. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
