摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmitter and a transceiver which make it possible to adjust a reactance value at high speed by decreasing a difference between an initial value and a target value, consequently achieve reduction in spurious electromagnetic wave radiation and the power consumption. <P>SOLUTION: A self-adjustment/external control switching variable reactance section 1 includes: a capacitor A16 for receiving a transmission signal input; a buffer 18 for receiving a control signal input; an inductor 14; a varactor diode 13; resistors B21, B15; a capacitor B15; a fixed voltage power supply 12; a circuit ground 19; a filter 11; and an amplifier 17. When a switch A10 connects contacts a1, c1, the self-adjustment/external control switching variable reactance section 1 acts as a variable reactance section for changing a reactance value on the basis of the control signal. When the switch A10 connects contacts a1, b1, on the other hand, and a transmission signal with a voltage V<SB>AC</SB>is received, a rectification action of the varactor diode 13 causes V<SB>DC</SB>, I<SB>D</SB>, and acts as a self-adjustment variable reactance section where its own reactance value is changed to reach a resonance state. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
