<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell generator which can efficiently control progress of microbial contamination in a water circulation system. <P>SOLUTION: A water circulation system of a water treatment and supply unit 6 of a fuel cell generator is provided with a base plate having a plurality of migration electrodes, a migration power source which generates a conductive migration between the migration electrodes, and a microbial measuring unit 100 having a measuring part which measures an impedance between the migration electrodes and a calculating part which calculates increases of microbes in the base plate from time variations of measured impedances. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
