PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attach a starter ring and a rotor of a power generating body to a crankshaft by one screw member while shortening a length of the crankshaft. SOLUTION: A flywheel 18 forming a c-outer rotor is formed by a cylinder part 18a provided with a permanent magnet 56, and a boss part 18c provided integrally with the cylinder part 18a via a disk part 18b and connected to an end of the crankshaft 11. An extension part 18d protruding more toward a recoil pulley 28 than an end face of the crankshaft 11 is provided on the boss part 18c. The starter ring 29 driven by the recoil pulley 28 is abutted on an end face of the extension part 18d, and the starter ring 29 is fastened to the crankshaft 11 via the boss part 18c by the screw member 61 piercing a center part of the starter ring 29, and screwed in the end part of the crankshaft 11.
