PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microclimate design building improving ventilation and heat release action and reducing resources energy and power consumption by the effective use of natural energy. SOLUTION: The microclimate design building constituted to take in air from the outside and to exhaust the air from an upper floor or a roof part, comprises a plurality of openings 10 provided in the lower floor of the building T; a transom 12 provided in a position separated from the openings of the lower floor; an air duct 14 provided in the ceiling of the lower floor; and an exhaust heat tower 15 provided at the roof of the building. An air flow passage is continuously formed by the transom 12, the air duct 14 and the exhaust heat tower 15, and a direction in which the openings 10 are arranged corresponds to a main wind direction in summer of an area where the building is constructed.
