PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crosstalk check method for reducing processing man-hours, and for suppressing the increase of area and power consumption and for reducing a product fraction defective. SOLUTION: This crosstalk check method includes a parallel wiring length extraction procedure (S1600) for extracting the parallel wiring length of adjacent wiring by inputting layout 1600, a delay fluctuation value calculation procedure (S700) for inputting the parallel wiring length and a delay fluctuation value table 700 describing a delay fluctuation value fluctuating when crosstalk occurs in accordance with the driving capability of a cell for driving the parallel wiring, and for calculating delay fluctuation equivalent to the parallel wiring length extracted by the parallel wiring length extraction procedure (S1600) and a delay information output procedure (S701) for outputting the delay fluctuation value calculated by the delay fluctuation value calculating procedure (S700) to delay information for timing verification.
