PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problems that a stirring member for a mixer generally used for industrial application is not yet satisfactorily developed in its structure, and for example, a stirring blade is dangerous in transportation after use, and is difficult to store due to a large space required for storage, etc. SOLUTION: Blades, stirring members, in an electric stirrer have a collapsible constitution, which improves convenience in transportation, and storage characteristics when being stored. Specifically, in the mixer comprising an electric tool body portion, an impeller member for stirring, and a connecting member joining them, a blade member for stirring is formed collapsibly.
