PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrolytic method of sludge which can supply a saline solution with a stable concentration to sewage or sludge without causing a trouble. SOLUTION: In the electrolytic method of sludge for sterilizing microorganisms in sewage or surplus sludge generated in activated sludge treatment by electrolyzing the sewage or surplus sludge while adding a salt, a saline solution storage tank 1 for dissolving and storing a salt chloride in water in a saturated state is installed to feed the stored saline solution to the sewage or sludge while always maintaining a saturated concentration.
