PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treating apparatus of solid organic waste which does not generate any hygienical problem (corrosion, mold or the like) even if the treating capacity is increased and in which the treated material excellent in transfer properties can be obtained, and to provide such a structure that a discharge opening discharging the treated material is not choked with the treated material. SOLUTION: The treating apparatus has the discharge opening for the treated material generated in a fermentation vessel and an agitating means for discharging the treated material discharged from the discharge opening directly to a detachable bag, and the bag is detachably installed on a movable truck.
