PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cover sheet for a medical treatment machine, restraining the friction between an upper sheet and a lower sheet, improved in wear resistance in the cover seat formed by superposing two cloth pieces disposed to cover a medical treatment element built in the medical treatment machine constructed so that the medical treatment element provided in a backrest part of a chair or a bed can be moved. SOLUTION: This cover sheet for a medical treatment machine includes: an upper sheet where a resin layer is stacked on the back and a lower sheet where a raising or resin layer is stacked on the surface thereof, wherein the upper and lower sheets are superposed to freely slide.
