<p>Disclosed is a glare screen installed on the top of a median strip on a road to ensure safe driving by blocking light of headlamps of vehicles running on opposite roads, and more particularly a rotating type glare screen whose glare screen wings are vertically installed between upper and lower horizontal frames at regular intervals to be capable of rotating by wind, thereby preventing breakage of the glare screen and any accidents caused therefrom, preventing any traffic accidents due to careless driving by allowing a driver to recognize the median strip easily, and enabling to give a good view to drivers. A rotating type glare screen includes upper and lower horizontal frames, right and left vertical frames supporting the horizontal frames, and a plurality of glare screen wings vertically fixed between the horizontal frames at regular intervals, wherein the glare screen wings are rotatably installed to the horizontal frames.</p> |
