An organic light emitting display device is provided to reduce a thickness and weight of the OLED(Organic Light Emitting Diode) by sealing a substrate with pixels thereon using a thin antireflection film. An organic light emitting display device includes a substrate and an antireflection film(420). Pixels having light emitting elements, where a first electrode, an organic light emitting layer, and a second electrode are sequentially laminated, are formed on the substrate. The antireflection film is formed on the substrate to cover the pixels, such that the substrate is sealed by the antireflection film. The antireflection film includes first and second layers(421,422). The first layer is made of a metal or a metal oxide material. The second layer is formed on the first layer and made of an inorganic insulation material. |
