[MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] While immersing hand (9) in ?-PGA aqueous solution (6) placed in bath tub main body (2a), compressed air is fed to bubble generator (8) so as to emit microbubbles (10). These microbubbles when bursting produce ultrasonic waves to thereby accelerate the permeation of ?-PGA. [MAIN USE] As an art of cosmetic treatment, the hand skin is beautified.
