<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for valuing a maintenance cost of fishing tackle, and a program therefor, enabling easy and accurate maintenance cost valuation. <P>SOLUTION: A maintenance cost valuation system 100 of fishing tackle includes an information reception means 4, a replacement component decision means 5, a cost calculation means 6, and a display means 7. The information reception means 4 receives basic valuation information including product information and state information, by the intermediary of a Web page viewed through the Internet IN. The product information is information for identifying the product name of a reel for overhaul valuation. The state information is information for identifying the reel state. The replacement component decision means 5 decides components necessary for replacement on the basis of the basic valuation information.
