摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a servo drive system which easily achieves high precision, high responsiveness and high stability, for controlling a low inertia motor, for instance, a motor 2 of a galvanomotor or the like. <P>SOLUTION: In the servo drive system provided with a servo controller 1 for outputting a drive command based on position command data and a position signal, the motor 2 for driving according to the drive command, and an encoder 3 for generating the position signal as a two phase analog signal according to the position of the motor 2, a servo controller 1 is further provided which inputs the two phase analog signal of the encoder 3 to a reference power supply of multiplication type D/A converters 13a, 13b, inputs the position command data to the digital input of the multiplication type D/A converters 13a, 13b, and constitutes an analog servo control loop corresponding to a sinusoidal additional theorem. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
