PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the sound insulating property of a driver's seat provided with a cabin by improving the sealing property of a seal means sealing the clearance between an operation tool linearly operated along a guide groove and the guide groove. SOLUTION: In the seal structure of operation tool guide groove comprising the sealing means S sealing, for the operation tool 9 linearly operated along the guide groove 13a, the guide groove 13a while being closely in contact with the circumferential surface of the operation tool 9, the seal means S is composed of an elastic body 15 and elastically deformable foamed bodies 16 and 16 superposed on the elastic body 15 to enhance the sound insulating property of the driver's seat provided with the cabin.
